The bill (Reg. No. 1695) aims to establish economic conditions for increasing country’s defense capacity and cheapening the original cost of the final defense product, manufactured by state defense order.

Generally upholding idea of the bill, Committee members noted that the suggested provisions require specifications with a view to avoid abuse in the course of importing equipment to the customs territory of Ukraine, and its further use.
